I don't mind the noise overall but this camera is very noisy in the shadows...i shoot a picture in the sunlight and then print it...picture quality is awesome but in the shadows...man so much noise...
maybe the d2x will solve the day?...lol
what do other d2h shooters think?

Hello,
My wife changed her status from H4 to F-1 while in USA. Now due to family situation, she wants to travel to India. She is on OPT now and working for an IT company since Apr 10.
She will be going for her first F-1 stamping. I know it is risky to go for F-1 stamping while on OPT.
a) What are her chances of get F-1 stamping?
b) What measures should we take that will increase her chances ?
If any body had similar expeince please share here.
Attorneys or any one please guide us in this regard.

I started to notice this back in 2006 when the immigration debate was heating up in Washington. I was getting those annoying email forwards and this time they were of the Lou Dobbsian anti-immigrant variety. The surprising thing to me was that most of them were coming from older family members or acquaintances in the senior citizen set. And since then I've noticed that when I do presentations for civic groups or have observed focus groups on immigration, the older attendees seem to be more hostile. On 10/01/09, President Obama signed a continuing resolution to fund continued federal government operations through October 31, 2009. Included in the legislation were provisions to extend the E-Verify, Religious Worker, Conrad 30 and EB-5 programs.
The continuing resolution was attached to the FY10 Legislative Branch Appropriations bill (H.R. 2918), and was passed by the House of Representatives on 9/25/09 and the Senate on 9/30/09.
The E-Verify, Religious Worker, Conrad 30 and EB-5 programs have all been extended for an additional 30 days, though all they may be extended further in the coming weeks once the Senate and House conference the FY10 Homeland Security Appropriations bill (H.R. 2892).

Do we need to sign the I-485 docs on behalf of minors? My daughter is 9 years old and she has signed her papers all by herself. When I asked my attorney, one time she said I need to sign and finally she sent the docs with her signature only.

My H1 is valid untill Aug 2010 and AP is pending. My spouse is on EAD and her AP approved. We plan to return back to US from a trip overseas in few weeks from now. Is there any issue if I use my H1 and spouse uses her AP. My AP is pending over 3 months now.
My H1 LCA has two work locations. Primary being NJ and PA secondary. NJ is the port of re-entry. I have letter from my company, which is based out of NJ and a client letter based in PA to support my continual services.
Help appreciated.

Hi there,
Please correct me if i am wrong.
WH-4 Time line is within a year, means if betrayel/non payment happened with in a year from the date of reporting it will be investigated, and YOU CAN FILE WH-4 FROM OUTSIDE OF US ALSO, if your consultant company sent you back with fake commitments.
But not sure if your h1 still have time, after DOL complain, you can transfer it or not??
Anyone has any idea???
