My I-485 is pending with EB3 Feb 2006 priority date. Invoked AC21 and currently working for a different employer. Have Masters degree and 9+ years of experience.
Is there a way to re-apply for Green Card under EB2 category thru a 3rd employer and retain the old EB3 priority date?

My wife is going to India and She has to get her H4 stamped again(I am on H1 and received my next 3 year extension and so did my wife).
My parents are also planing to visit me. Should I book my wife's appointment along with my parent's appointment , or should I book 2 different appointments one for my wife and one for both my parents.

With my HTC Mozart, I can download app called 'Stocks' which basically look after stocks (nasdaq etc...).
The charts/graph looks very nice and I wonder how they do that ?

I wonder if there are free/open ressource which can help to start to draw so nice graph. Any blog or hyperlink are welcome :ch:

I have a difficult situation , i have a H1B expiring in 5 Days and also ending the 6 yr period. My company is filing a H1B to L1A conversion application from US in premium processing
1. Is it legal to stay until L1A is approved? for duration of 2 weeks until L1 Premium processing is done
2. In L1A is rejected, would it be legal to travel citing the rejection of L1 petition
Please help me with any insight you may have
Just want to add that , the company is asking me to go on an admin leave for the period

Hi All ,
I remember last time when PD became current USCIS did not follow the correct order /sequence of PD while allocating visa numbers .
Many of the people who had PD of 2006 got Visa number allocation before people who were in queue ahead of them with 2004/2005 PD.
This time we should have some campaign may be by sending the letter or some way to USCIS/DOS and make them aware to allocate visa based on PD in a fair and transparent way.Any suggestions ????
This opportunity has come after many many years for many of us, we should make our best effort that visa number allocation are done in a fair and transparent way for coming month and month's to come.

She then entered back on Transportation letter however at poe the immigration officer assumed she was a resident misplaced her resident card and stamped her passport as LPR. Since her entry back in the summer of last year we have gained an extension of H4 status for 3 years. I am getting ready to file for a new AP and would like to know if I should writeH4 as her "Class of Submission" or LPR or AP

Please I need advice. I am currently preparing to file I-140/I-485 concurrent application and do not want to include the names of my children who are US citizens on the application. This is because I do not want the name of their mom to come up since I don't want to add her name too to the application. Although we got married outside the US, and I mistakenly wrote that with her name on my B1/B2 application I still will want to file this application as single. She has some issues to clear with USCIS and I do not want to complicate matters by adding her name to my application. I truly will appreciate your advice on this matter before I submit my application. Thank you

If all visa holders and citizens can bring their spouse instantly then why GC holder have to wait for many years after getting GC after many years.
